Flexibly manage agreement lifecycle

The Leasing Module continues with the agreement management flow after the application request is approved in the Application Processing Module, tracking the process of asset repayment and manages both, financial and operating leases.

The module deals with complete asset management activities, including asset ordering prior to agreement activation, automatic loading of asset parameters based on chosen product type and provides an option for managing additional asset expenses during asset’s useful life and including those costs in the monthly installments.

In integration with application processing, sales module, accounting and collateral management module, this module provides detailed, 360° insight into lease applications, agreements, generated invoices and transaction history from a central location. The module is completely integrated with the Purchase, Sales and General Ledger Module enabling automated processing of transactions.

The initially generated lease agreements can be subject of further changes performed with choice of advanced operations as part of automated workflow for restructuring lease agreements including options for early repayment, early maturity, early restructuring, agreements termination in case the asset loses its functionality and modifications of repayment plan without restructuring as a result of changes in the interest rates based on chosen international interest types (euribor, tibor and libor) when generating the agreements.

With the Action List integrated in this module, the time between every activity and status changes is automatically tracked providing options for generating messages and using it as a Blog system for exchanging communication within the process flow.

The system in the process of signing agreements supports predefinition of agreement document templates that automatically load the data from the system and are generated in a printable form at the signing activity providing the client with convenient possibility for documents management.
