In addition to horizontally integrating activities in the process flow, the module supports vertical integration according to client specific industry needs and ensures compliance across the entire contact lifecycle.
With the high level of flexibility, the module provides options for automation of CRM operations and quick access to contact history information, including notifications, messages, SMS lists, written and verbal communication flow, customer’s repayment status and sales pipeline results. The module can automatically calculate and provide information of the status of assigned leads to different employees and the costs per lead, through a structured and dynamically managed reporting format.
